Single Origin Ethiopia Geisha Anderacha
Anderacha is part of the Sheka zone in Ethiopia. Coffees coming from this region are classified with their own “Coffee growing Area” based on the Commercial Coffee Contracts from the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX). Anderacha is located in the south-west part of Ethiopia. Although this region is not widely well known for coffee, we have found great potential due to the cleanliness of floral notes presenting in the coffee.
Aromatics of citrus and florals, lime-like acidity and a silky, delicate mouth feel. Medium weight and candy sweetness this unique coffee tastes like orange, white grape, apricot, stone fruit and mandarin with florals reminiscent of lemongrass, herbs and jasmine.
The coffee will taste like lemonade, and sweet with great acidic.
