Single Origin Indonesia Sumatra Gayo
This Sumatra Gayo coffee brews a sweet, clean cup that is both crisp and complex, earthy and spicy. It carries with it a lighter syrupy taste along with a very gentle finish. The Gayo Highlands are one of our favorite coffee-growing regions, located in the northern tip of Sumatra. Although coffee from Indonesia is often associated with earthy qualities, we love our Sumatra Gayo for the aromas of butterscotch and dark chocolaty that give way to a smooth acidity and velvety mouth-feel.

Suggestion : This is a full bodied cuppa, with chocolate and butterscoth caramel sweetness, finish with dates sweet aftertaste . Perfect to add a splash of milk on french press and make smooth latte.
