Contains high grade matcha powder. Premium grade Matcha mainly is used for making matcha latte or blending with your favourite drink such as coffee or smoothies etc. It can be used to make green tea, it has lower umami (pleasant plant sweetness) as compared to commercial matcha. If you prefer a sugarless matcha latte (made with low or no sugar milk), you might want to try our PURE Japanese Matcha powder.

Premium grade Matcha is higher quality. It’s produced with tea leaves which are closer to the tip.

Other than good tea taste, it also has fragrance mellow aroma which is a good indication this matcha is high grade matcha.

Homemde Matcha Beverages 

Hot Matcha

→ Add 10-12 grams of Zenn’s Premium Matcha Powder.

→ Add 150ml hot water & stir it well. (Optional 10ml sugar / condensed milk)

→ Ready to serve

 Cafe Style Hot Matcha Latte 

→ Add 7-8 grams of Zenn’s Premium Matcha Powder.

→ Add 30-40ml hot water & stir it well. (Optional 10ml sugar / condensed milk)

→ Add 160-180ml Steamed Milk (60’C -70’C)

→ Ready to serve

 Cafe Style Iced Matcha Latte 

→ Add 10-12 grams of Zenn’s Premium Matcha Powder.

→ Add 50-60ml hot water & stir it well. (Optional 10ml sugar / condensed milk)

→ Add 160-180ml Cold Fresh Milk

→ Ready to serve
